Well without any proof this happend Not much can be done + If it was a pvp area their really isn't a rule saying you must give them back when die. It's pvp once you enter on your own risk of dying
As Brando said, without proof nothing can be as well as the fact that killing someone in a pvp area is not against the rules, should something like this happen again it would be best to just leave the pvp area before trying to negotiate with the people who have just killed you. Locked.
