Felon Username: 98brando Complaint: User initiated auction during my auction (which was active - was not a case of "didn't realise an auction was in progress"). When asked to observe the 1 at a time rule and cease his auction, the user was defiant, and refused to stop. He had a manner of entitlement. After my auction terminated, an argument ensued with the user 98brando in private chat. Evidence: No evidence. Additional Information: I have no evidence of my claims. In the initial instance I was trying to salvage my auction and didn't screen save. In future I will use more forethought. I don't imagine much will come of this complaint in terms of consequences for 98brando as his offence is minor in the scheme of things, however I am motivated to make this complaint because I don't like the way he treats other players. I hope that the other players he bullies will in time make similar reports independent of me, as I have no intention of conducting a campaign against this player. I hope tha, over time the moderation support team will, as a result of user feedback, become aware of his bullying conduct. He conducts himself with an air of entitlement and sneering arrogance. He lords his sense of entitlement over other players, intimidates n00bs, his residents and others, even to the extent of using verbal intimidation to coerce players into buying things they don't want. He also seeks attention boorishly in the chat channels, though I suppose there's no rule against that. Additional evidence detracting from my claim: In the argument that ensued in private chat messages I maintained my calm, however I stated that I felt 98brando's bullying ways were evidence of an emotional intelligence deficit and suggested that he was "emotionally retarded". The user took umbrage with this comment, feeling I was saying he was intellectually impaired, which I was not. I clarified saying he was emotionally retarded, as in had the emotional intelligence of a 10 year old child. These observations are unlikely to have helped 98brando develop insight into his behaviour. I don't feel 98brando is evil in character, I think he lacks confidence in himself and defends his fragile sense of worth by degrading the worth of others. I understand that, however I think it's ugly seeing his mistreatment of others, and hope that victims in the future will report their encounters so that others become aware of the pitfalls of dealing with him.

I notice that you edited your screenshot so as not to reveal your follow up boasting about how you were going to use it against me. Most of your spam during my auction was "any bids?" so your claim is false but I have no evidence of that. As I said, I reported you because I don't like the way you treat people and the point of my complaint is not to "get you into trouble" it's just a warning to others to be wary of you. I suspect life sucks for you because life is hard for lots of people and often people who act the way you do are unsupported or unhappy in general but I wish you wouldn't take it out on people you think are powerless in the game. You'll make a lot more friends by being open and kind and generous instead of snarling, demanding and imperious.
