This is a great idea, and the suggestion mentioned in one of the posts about being able to or just increasing the auto-repair percentage for tools would be nice. This is because although there shouldn't be any problems or such, there are always chances of a bug/error/malfunction where the tool gets broken or etc due to it not repairing properly. Increasing the % or being able to control it would warn us ahead of time if the repair bugs out and just overall a good addition with no negative aspects.

 

Overall, during the normal usage of a diamond tool, it will try and repair the item 35 times.
About 20 times times between 10 and 9% remaining, and also 15 times in the last 1% remaining.

The last 1% checks should catch any mistakes.

Setting the percentage higher just means repairs are run more frequently, set too high this would effect server performance.

 

I would love to see this added, as both are tools I go through like candy..

It would also make the command more lucrative to people who fish or lumberjack. I know a lot of the avid fishers aren't very big farmers or miners and therefore may not see the need for a diamond tool repair loop, but would be interested in a fishing rod repair loop, opening up that market.

 

Would fishers be able to auto fish easier? Not that it is legal but many don't want macro (lag and hard work) so they might use this as a tool.
