Coming back... where am I and what are my options?

    I see I'm still a mayor...

    Mostly I'm concerned if I still have my property or if I'm able to get a new one to replace it?
    If not I was hoping I could completely restart, as being mayor puts me at a disadvantage compared to a fresh start.
