Holding this position for the past three years has been an honour, and despite being faced with many challenges, as a nation we have held strong, stayed resilient, and overcome them together. Before announcing the winner, I would like to first congratulate all candidates on their amazing efforts. You have done yourself proud, and there is not one of you that is not deserving of the title. Though it is shocking to imagine that our former president could be responsible, I am afraid the accusations are true.In response to the undeniable evidence, I have no choice but to formally arrest our former president, and acting Caprican Delegate outerlocal, for crimes against the nation.
