Why don't people use collateral when doing loans? Instead of having some one get banned for a loan, have them put something up as collateral and if they don't pay on time that thing is yours. Be it star tools, towns, or anything else, having this would be more beneficial for every one as them getting banned helped the loaner in no way at all. Just a thought.
Most players who have collateral aren't asking for the loans. It is usually the mayor's or below, who don't have anything major yet, that are asking for the loans to get to the level of having collateral. ...Or people who have a lotto addiction who have sold everything to pay for that addiction.
