Minecraft Username:NinjarakuPwnz Brief Description: When doing command /worth cocobeans the command shows Extra/incorrect info Instructions: type /cbeans or /worth for any name of cocobeans ITEMDB How many times did you recreate this bug?: tried numerous different commands to see if all were glitched/bugged Result:Still shows incorrectly Expected Result: If it happens again it will show as shown below Evidence: Shows stack of inksack with metadata of 3 worth $5.40 (54 Item(s) at $0.10 ea instead of coco's itemdb
Also found issue with checking ITEMDB while holding cocobeans, shows as in picture below that its named INK SACK but its item db names are cocobean and so on, kinda amusing. Hope its an easy fix for ya.
This is normal. For Minecraft, cocobeans are registered as a dye for things like wool. It's the same for lapis lazuli.
The main use of an ink sac is for dying items, so it uses the item ID 351. The different colors are the numbers after the colon.
To put what Ryan said another way, as he is 100% correct: This is a minecraft coding "issue". It is showing what it is supposed to be showing. This is not an ECC bug. On a side note, I agree that it is amusing when first discovered.
All dyes are called ink sacs and cocoa beans are technically a dye (wool). They can also be crafted with wheat to make cookies! ^_^ Om nom nom
i was more talking about the "metadata of 3" portion, thought that section might have been a server coding issue =p I Appreciate everyones feedback on this =)
