Introduction:Hello, I am miniCLH the co-mayor of Welch (Current mayor in charge due to mayor being away) and i am looking for around some Co-Mayors to help and assist me in the town. About the Town: Welch has recently taken a bad turn and is now dipping down and down, this has been due to griefing, portal usage gone and the 1st mayor is away. Welch is a ghost-town with some pretty good features including a farm, empty prebuilts and a storage wars facility inside a 50 by 50 shopping center. This role includes: This role requires leadership and trust within the town and requires you to give help and support to residents and file LWC and Grief reports. This role also allows you to sell plots for around 1-4k each and also requires some advertising along the way. What do Co-Mayors Get? The co-Mayors of welch will receive a free plot, Farm usage and a split of the money if another town owner sells a plot. Eg. Co-Mayor 1 sells a plot for 2,000 this would get shared out, the co-mayor would get $1,000 for making the sale while the other 2 owners could receive $500 each, this however must not always be done as the Co-Mayor that sold the plot must agree on the amount to give to the others. I'm looking to help out users that are looking to own a plot in a town with many features. I will provide my features for free in the town, as long as the size of the request isn't too large.
