Any holes found on the floor of the clearing area will be plugged with dirt or cobblestone. For any applicants with sub-par or unenchanted tools, you can have them apply to ECC Freecycle for possible upgrades. Also, I can add your team to the ECC Manpower list of workers for potential land clear positions.
