[complaint against a member] Felon Username: xxemuxx Complaint: During the 4.6mil lottery, xxemuxx promised me 50k if I were to stop buying tickets in the lottery (if he won). I agreed that I would not buy any further tickets (I had only bought 2) and I did uphold my end of that bargain and bought no further lottery tickets. Evidence: I used the incorrect term in this image. However, within the context that xxemuxx would not ask another player not to "vote", I think the evidence is still relevant. Also that is added to that he had been begging people not to buy a ticket in the lottery. And if this player really is giving myself money not to vote for the server, there is a much bigger problem obviously. We had more dialogue than this when I did use the correct word (and I was not speaking to multiple people), but the text was moving so quickly that I did not manage to get a screen shot of that! I informed him that I had screenshots but he refused to acknowledge that we had made a deal entirely.
Re: [complaint against a member] You said "also". Thank you for acknowledging the debt. As well you did not tell me that you were drinking when we made the deal and it certainly did not seem like you were drunk. You were too clean and coherent.

Re: [complaint against a member] It is impossible to speak coherently and clearly when drunk, unless just slightly tipsy - and when only that, you are clear enough to know what you are doing, saying, agreeing, and disagreeing to. If there was further conversation saying no, you didn't agree to it or you couldn't - BEFORE the lottery ended - you need screenshot proof. Without proof, I see it just as lying, considering all the other people you have scammed/ripped off/etc recently., Emu. To be quite honest, you need to watch yourself: If this continues and people keep complaining, you will get in trouble. If your money is "so important" to you that you just need to hoard it and never actually plan to give anyone your money, you need to stop making false claims.
