Minecraft Name: Flamingforce Suggestion: You join arena 2. You beg some builders to type "/sg vote" to start the game and after 3 minutes they finally do. The game starts. You get some chests and the grace period ends. You get decent armor and pick up a sword on the way. All of the sudden an enchanted stone sword appears out of thin air and kills you in one hit. (Kits referred to: Spy, Make it quick, Buffer) Sadly, this is the new reality of SG. What I'm proposing is the SG board at Legacy's spawn is converted back to the original 4 arenas that were on ECC (current arena 1, the jungle map for arena 2, current arena 3,and the snow map for arena 4). Also, I'm suggesting that those arenas should be kit free, to allow users to enjoy the games in a truly fair manner, while still allowing kit owners to use their kits in Rising's Survival game arenas. Reason: Provide a purpose for Legacy's SG board, to allow veteran ECC players to play the maps that they used to play on, and create a few completely fair arenas. Please Let me know what you guys think!
-1 I paid for my kits to have an advantage over non-kitters. This is why almost everyone with kits bought them (correct me if I'm wrong). Why would anyone without kits play on the kits map? If this happened, not only would several of the server's donators regret buying the kits, people would stop buying kits. Because kits are such a major percentage of our donations, the server would start making a lot less money. I think you know what happens without enough money. So to summarize, no because it is unfair to kit owners and would lower donations.
I'm suggesting that Rising still allows kits. In short, you would still have all the abilities you have now, only there would be more arenas added that wouldn't have kits.
Yes, and all the people without kits would run over to these arenas making my kits useless. I would have the same chance of winning an SG full of kitters with my kits as a non-kit game without my kits. I would have no advantage.
Some people would want to go against kit users as a challenge. I think that the kits should be refunded and forgot about personally but I enjoy going against some players with kits. While others just play with kits and think they are so good and say it to all non-kit users faces are the ones that annoy me. The only problem I see is that kit users think they are good and show off. They are not. How would we know till you actually played a even game? Also I think of kits as a support. Bad people need support. Not saying that everyone is bad but I know a lot of people who think they are actually good when they are not ._. ~~~~~~Rage over~~~~~~~~Rage over~~~~~~~ Kit users will just complain "I bought it because I wanted to be severely OP and waste my time even playing SG becuase there is no skill used in it if you have kit buffer, miq, spy whatsoever. +1 and -1 It won't happen basically.
I too feel that credits should be given to those with kits and to have kits removed completely. This would counter the "I payed for op, I deserve op" argument. However, seeing as those who have this opinion make up the majority it's never going to happen so the least I would want is an arena with no kits.
I honestly, don't care weather it has kits or not I would just LOVE to play on the old arena's again. they were my favorite.
Quite honestly i hate kits but you have to deal with them because.id they werent here neither would the server be i like cheese- chilli chees
Well you can have a server with kits or not one without so stop complaining. Fly is op for building. But no one speaks out against fly. Extra commands plus is op for enchants yet no one complains. If you don't like kits don't sg. Donations are meant to encourage you to donate so their op for a good reason
The server was doing fine before SG kits were added as features, I doubt getting rid of them or adding kitless arena's would effect the server.
