Chat cannot send messages

    I have been on EcoCityCraft for a while now but have never need to chat I only really pmed my friends, but recently I have started a shop and wish to inform people about it through chat. Every time I send a message it does not appear and then I get a message saying "Cannot send chat message". Please help me!

    Press ESC -> Options -> Multiplayer Settings and check to make sure that you have the top left label set to Chat: Shown

    To add, you may have "Commands only" selected. I think this has happened to me before.
