On the subject of staff apps, I'd like to see this question added. "Is there anything in the near future which could stop you from moderating". MoofinK thought of this in a Skype group chat, credit goes to her.
I, personally, have used the same answers to the same questions before, but not because I was too lazy to think of new answers. I only do this if the answer would still be my current thought and would still apply, there are some questions I do change though. If, lets say, I had a completely different thought to the question than before, I will change it, but otherwise, it's not worth changing it because I'd likely just be re-wording it.
There should be a question that asks "If you have applied before, what have you improved on to make you more suitable for mod this time?" Also, we should change the staff abusing their power question.
If anyone has specific question additions / changes, feel free to post them. Give a general idea, at least, if you cannot think of an exact question. We can consider questions to use in the future. I would like to see some questions - mainly hypotheticals - change around every couple of application processes. The thing is, there are only so many different questions that will truly allow for good evaluation. So ideas are welcome for consideration.
