Hello! I'm currently accepting offers for a town I own. It is a 200x200 town which contains a large castle, with the majority of it complete. The floor is composed of Quartz with a red stone block outline. It is build very well, with amazing detail in each and every place. I'm hoping to get 200k+, I recieved an offer of 150k, as well as 190k. Depending on how much I get for it, I'm willing to finish the floor for a cheap amount. Will upload pictures soon. The name of the town would be quite helpful. Also, are the original owner and willing to sign a transfer contract? Not sure why you would mention the 150k offer since I am assuming you would not take that since you have a 190k offer.
