Caroye City Caroye City is open! Plots and apartments are now officially for sale. Coordinates of town (spawn-town portal): x = -5861.5, z = -7516 The spawn-town portal to Caroye City is located in front of the green wool on Floor 16 in Town Portals. General Info Caroye City is located on the border of two biomes, namely the Ice Plains and Plains biomes. The Caroye River splits the city into the two distinctive districts, Downtown and Glenndale. The city is owned and governed solely by me! (nickgoh45 ) Downtown, consisting of the transportation hub, high-rise apartments and other major amenities, occupies the plains region. Glenndale, the suburban district of the city, occupies the ice plains region. All 10x10 and 20x20 plots can be found here. Cost of residing here You can choose to purchase a plot or an apartment. Plots and apartments have their own pros and cons. 10x10 plot: $3000 10x20 plot: $4000 20x20 plot: $5000 Apartments: Prices tentatively range from $1,000 to $7,500 Ravines Residences Normal apartments: $3,500 Penthouse apartment: $7,500 Plots can be found in Glenndale across the frozen Caroye River. From the transportation hub, you can take the Caroye Highway. If you wish to purchase a plot/apartment in Caroye City, please contact nickgoh45 on the server. Town rules Please build in your allocated plot only. You are not allowed to grief houses, buildings or structures belonging to others. No mining is allowed within city boundaries, with the exception of building basements under your plot. No cutting down of trees is allowed within city boundaries, except inside public and private tree farms. Structures and houses mainly built from dirt are not allowed. Do not lock chests, doors, signs or any other lockable objects that are not inside your plot. There is a height limit enforced on all plots. The maximum height for 10x10 plots is 20 blocks from ground level, and 30 blocks from ground level for 20x20 plots. If you have purchased an apartment, you are allowed to move, remove, alter and replace the furniture inside the apartment. You are not allowed to remove the blocks that form the general structure of the apartment (e.g. the glass windows that form the exterior of the building) You can only own two plots AND two apartments in Caroye. If you are inactive on ECC for more than 30 days exactly, your plots/apartments will be cleared and prepared for others to live in, except if you have informed the mayor that you will be inactive for a period of time for a valid reason. The rules here are subjected to any changes without the prior consent of the people living in the city. As such, please do check this thread or the transport hub in-game for updates.
