Hurricane Tisiphone, the largest measured tropical storm in 10 years, is expected to hit the Caprican isles within the coming days. Public transportation has been halted, and with many roads and bridges blocked for safety reasons, long delays are to be expected. Caprican citizens are advised to remain inside, avoiding travel at all costs. Storm shelters can be found in Zodiac Tower, and Apollo Tower, where emergency food and medical supplies will available.

We believe this situation to have been caused by a massive power failure to the region, as a result of the onset of Hurricane Tisiphone. CAPRICA UPDATE: A few short hours ago, communication with the colony of Caprica was restored. As expected, the fault was traced to a power failure at the Cerberus Reactor. At this time, the exact details of the fault remain unclear. Be assured that our technicians are investigating the problem further.
