The purpose of this town is to create a community of chess experts and novices alike, capable of teaching and supporting one another. To that end, I want to set up a small tournament. No entry fee, and the winner will get six months of residence in the town for FREE. Background: Capablanca was named after the famous Cuban chess player, Jose Capablanca, who was a world chess champion in the 1920's. He was known for his endgame skill and speed, and he wrote several books on the subject.
