Cant get on?

    ok well recently I couldn't get on Ecc or another server did the location of where the hosting computer change? I reset my internet and restarted my computer and did everything I can but not working still. I used to play like 2 days ago perfect connection full bars no lag. if anyone can help me that would be great. and also I didn't move my computer.
