Hi everybody, I have just joined this server today, and yes, I know, it is very quick to be making a post. However, I really enjoyed my short time playing on the server, but, it seems that the server is full around the time that I can get on. And I know that you can donate to bypass the player count, but I would at least like to be able to play on the server before I donate. So, I guess what im asking is, is there any way we can bump up the player count? I know I have only been here for less than a day, and I know that it would kinda degrade the donator benifits, but I would at least like the oppritunity to go on whenever I feel like it. I believe every non-donator and new player believe the same way you do. The overall problem is the current issues with MC that is causing more lag than normal (see Andrews posts on more than a few threads regarding the current lag problems not being associated to our map re-size). Andrew is constantly fiddling with the player cap to find the right mix that will allow us to have lag free game play between restarts while still letting in the most number of players. It isn't a random number that was picked out of thin air, the cap has moved probably 10 times the past few days alone. The easy solution is to donate, but I can understand that you want to be sure this is the server you want to invest into before donating and its hard when you can't log in. We are doing what we can to get everyone on and playing without causing overall lag and making it unplayable for those who do get online. My only suggestion is to mash the refresh/login button until you get in. There have been times when donators will log off in mass just to get more people online so try to coordinate that with someone that's in the shoutbox and in game to let us know to try it for ya. You can always play during off times when there is less people or wait for a restart when everyone is kicked off.
