Can't Connect Back to ECC

So I was just farming pumpkins and my internet started lagging out, suddenly I got disconnected.
Now whenever I try to connect back in I get a brief view of where I was in game then I get disconnected again.
It is driving me crazy and I think this is an issue relating to my spawn location when I connect being actually inside a block.
I have encountered this before but usually I have enough time to teleport or break the block I'm on before being disconnected.
So if a staff member could just move me to another location I would be really grateful.

Ok I got it working again was able to connect long enough to teleport to spawn
