Just like on this - https://ecocitycraft.com/forum/threads/bug-recipe-book-in-wb-no-longer-working.178552/#post-996963 - SB recipe book no longer functions properly for me. I cannot use the iron block recipe. Until yesterday, I would just use 1.12 as per Pokeball's suggestion. Now I get blocked when I try to join the server using 1.12. Thanks.
Unfortunately we no longer support versions below 1.13.2 I will inquire with the developer on the recipe book bug and see if there is anything that can be done about this.
This should now be fixed. Please use 1.13.2 on SkyBlock and confirm if this is the case. Our backwards compatibility has now been patched to allow proper crafting book functionality. @icbomber38
