Hello. After several months of inactivity I decided to come back to this server, I used to own a town and before I left I gave it to a friend. My friend sold it later and the server map was reset. (Correct me if I'm wrong) Anyway can I get a new town now as I am a mayor? Please help, many thanks Shortman.
If the town is no longer a region then no and you will have to pay for a new one, to check do this by do /rg i (Town name) but if the town is still going, ORIGINAL OWNERS CAN RECLAIM THEIR ORIGINAL TOWN BACK OFF ANYONE. I think this is right as you were off for several months.
The server does not support the official transfer of towns from one user to another, however, the means to do so unofficially are provided to users. Clause V.iii: Returning of Towns to Original Owners Transfer of towns are at the users own risk. The applicant owner of a town may request their town be returned to them at any time, however, these requests are dealt with on a case by case basis. The administration can choose to accept or deny these requests for any reason, and will not take into account personal deals made between users or refund money back to anyone for the transaction. Personal deals will have to be honoured in these cases on your own terms, and we will only assist them in cases of blatant scams.
