I went to the town, and I am interested. However, the asking price is a little too high for me. I'd be able to do 70k, if that's alright with you. Also, who is the original owner? As that might have some influence as well.
Can you do 80k? It is a very nice town and I don't want to settle for short. Also the original owner is neuthung who has been offline for almost 3 months! @Iticip
