Looking to buy a town preferably in Rising. The specifics dont matter to much, just show me what you have. It dont need to have a warp or anything but i am looking to build off of it so would like to have the area around it clean or at least up for purchase as well (so no towns around or connected unless also for sale). Can respond to this post or message OctavianCloud in game with either town name (if it has warp) or coords so i can get to it as well as the asking price.

Like the town but really dont care to buy a town that looks like i may lose if the mayor comes back. If the forums and his profile are anything to be believed Alkangains is just temp banned and decided not to appeal.
if hes gone for 6+ months you can claim with a tycoon+ claim but sadly you arnt tycoon and those usly sell for 200k
He would still have some say as his name is still on the land as a owner. But what would you want for it? I still like it and like MCG said i could just claim it before to long if dude dont come back and throw a wrench in that in the mean time.
Talked to a mod they said that you dont have permission to sell the place with out Alk. Gonna have to decline Fury. Appreciate the offer though.
The Empire of Epicure has many towns in Rising that are undeveloped but otherwise good territories. I accept applications for the title of 'Legatus Mendi pro Praetore' which is essentially governorship of one of the imperial territories. Governors can develop and manage their territories independently, as if they were the owners. Epicure also financially supplies the development. Additionally, Epicure does not collect taxes or anything like that from the governors, I only require that the towns remain part of the Empire. ~Mendi
