    Hi I'm looking for a town 200x200
    doesn't have to be flat I just want to buy one fornaround 30-60k and can do payments or I can pay in one go

    Your best bet in getting a 100x100 is to get your Mayor rank and apply for it. There is probably less than 1% of the towns ever claimed that are this size. The economics just don't work as well for that small of a town when 200x200 is available.
