Eff 7, 850k very minimal room for negotiation. That has been the price I saw paid for an Eff7 Paid upfront for today. I am also selling a star rod.
Hey @DeMacca Pretty firm on the prices for now. Paying 850k upfront for an eff7 seems pretty crazy to me when 1500 nstars would cost me 840k. I picked up my last one for 780k so feel the 800k on offer is more than fair. That being said I understand if you would rather try and get more for it. I picked up a star rod for 600k yesterday and am happy to pay the same price for yours if you want to sell it.
I'm willing to try and work something out... Just today an Eff7 sold for 850k upfront. If you were to pay upfront, I could do $825k, Which is very reasonable. For the star rod, I am currently the only one selling to my knowledge. I'm looking for $675k There. Thanks for the response, get back to me - we can work something out. What no multiple purchase discount? I'm thinking buy one get on free. Seriously though, I won't pay above the prices I listed and even those are coming to an end today based on the upcoming fall in nstar prices
