General Purpose of Contract:
Saftey of buying @Pivilleans president town claim.

I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:
I, @DiamondDesire agree to pay @Pivillean 180,000 Ecodollars for mayor within 24 hours of this contracts approval

I, @DiamondDesire agree to approve the town placement below in his application to be near the town of Zayah and Zayah2.

I agree to set up the town posts at Post A: -5502, 92, -982
Post B: -5303, 92, -982
Post C: -5303, 92, -1181
Post D: -5502, 92, -1181 (Rising)

The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:
@Pivillean agrees within 24 hours of receiving the 180,000 Ecodollars to post his president application in the mayors+ forum with the information below:

@Pivillean agrees that when he receives this town to add me as town owner and remove himself and agrees never to ask server admins to re-add him to the town within 24 hours of receiving the town.

@Pivillean agrees that this contract can be used as proof to transfer the town to me if @DiamondDesire choose to in the future.

@Pivillean agrees to complete any applications needed for the town for example, Town warp application if needed (@DiamondDesirewill provide the money needed)

@Pivillean agrees that @DiamondDesire is the sole owner and will choose what she wants to do with the town.


I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.:
