was able to look at the town, and I'm going to respectfully decline. From what I saw, I don't believe the town is worth anywhere near the number you're asking.
Disagreeing with your price isn't disrespectful. If i would have gone into detail and bashed your town than stating i don't believe its worth your asking price, then i could understand your concern.
