[Buying] Looking to buy a farm / flat town

Hello Potential Town Sellers,

As the title would suggest, I am looking to buy either a built farm town, or a flat town. If you happen to have either that matches the requirements below, feel free to respond to this thread, /mail me in-game, or a forum conversation. When you contact me, please include the town name and price you are looking to sell it for.

Built Farm town:

• Must have a pumpkin farm that is 20x100x1 or larger
• The pumpkin farm must have the water dug in trenches, that are all source blocks.
• Must have at least four single chunk-aligned farms that can be either wheat, carrots, potatoes, or empty
• Having a portal is better, however not required.
• Person contacting me must be the original owner, or official owner via a town claim or transfer.

Flat town:

• Town must be completely flat, preferably between y 60-70
• What block the town is the surface of the town does not matter, however grass is preferred
• A spawn town portal is nice, however not required
• Person contacting me must be the original owner, or the official owner via town claim or transfer

In addition, this is the contract we will be signing to sell the town, so if you want any modifications to it, please discuss them with me before we agree on a price.

General Purpose of Contract:
To prove the town of <TOWN NAME> was sold to @generaljoecool legally, and that @generaljoecool has all rights to this town, including but not limited to, being able to officially transfer / claim the town into his name , appointing and removing co-mayors, and adding / removing members as required. <YOUR NAME> acknowledges that he cannot claim the town back, regardless of any future circumstances, and that attempting to do so will result in a breach of contract.

I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:
I, @generaljoecool will pay <YOUR NAME> a total of $<PRICE WE AGREE UPON> in order to buy full ownership of <TOWN NAME> with [application found here<APPLICATION LINK> | with claim found here<APPLICATION LINK>(Which ever is correct will be used)]. All other co-owners will have to be removed beforehand, following whatever procedures <YOUR NAME> will have to go through to remove them within the rules of the server. This ownership that is bought, will give @generaljoecool the full right to transfer or claim the town of <TOWN NAME> under his name, and <YOUR NAME> also acknowledges their obligation that they will not make any attempt to reclaim this town, otherwise it will be considered breach of contract. In addition, this contract will prove that @generaljoecool can resell the ability to claim / transfer the town to any user he choices without officially putting it into his name first, and <YOUR NAME> will have no ground to contest the selling of the town.

After payment is received <YOUR NAME> will add @generaljoecool to the owner list of <TOWN NAME> and remove themselves. <YOUR NAME> understands that they will no longer be allowed to live in the town, and all items / locks they have in the region will need to be removed, otherwise they will be removed through the proper means -- such as trade sign and lwc removal requests. <YOUR NAME> also understands that @generaljoecool will remove all current members of the town, using the official method of town evictions -- if applicable, and that a refund may or may not be issued to the town members from @generaljoecool. Any previous contracts or agreements that are still in placed will need to be resolved by <YOUR NAME> before the sale to @generaljoecool happens. If <YOUR NAME> fails to point deal with them, and/or fails to inform @generaljoecool of them, <YOUR NAME> will be held responsible of solving the issue.

I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules.
