    Do I have to purchase land then purchase the mayor tag?
    What I mean is do I have to pay $85000 for a 200x200 plot then pay $85000 to become mayor?

    You pay the 85k for the 200x200 and the mayor rank. When you apply be sure to be extra careful and have EVERYTHING you need! Hope you get mayor fast and easy!

    nothing, its all one package 85k covers a 200x200 town, protection of that area and the mayor tag along with other commands and privileges that you can see on the ecc wiki.

    Also check the wiki for the town commands so you can add people to your town afterwards I show you anew if you like ..?
