I am looking to buy full ownership of an Town. I don't want the town to be 200x200 but if it is then I will take it. My final offer is 20k. I would prefer smaller so that It doesn't lag as much for the farm I will be making in it. Don't ask for me to raise the price. I will be sticking to this price. Reply on this thread if you want to sell me your town.
$20k?!?!?!? there is a reason no one is replying to this thread, you may want to increasethe $20k to at least $40k sorry if this isnt what you feel comfortable but $20k is enough for any town no matter what the size.
