hey i am looking to buy an eff7 on a payment plan. i can put 340k down and i am willing to pay up to 630k total for it. the payment plan will be spread out over 2 weeks and at the end of those 2 weeks it will be paid off. i may even be able to pay it off sooner pm me if interested. i will do a contract or anything else to make sure we both safely get the stuff.
