Buying a town

If you able to save up more cash I might be able to sell you a 200x200 town. I have been offered 40k already and am looking for 60k.

 

Towns without portals can be worth well over 100k A town's price isn't determined on whether it has a portal but more so the structures and size. I have sold 200x200 towns for 50-100k and all have been without portals.

 

if you bauy me mayor, i will give you my town. you can choose where to put it and what its called and all that stuff.
