I can sell you a 100x100 that shares a portal for 20k. It is griefed though. That is why price is low.

 

I have a 200x200 town that i finished dirt placing for. not much but srated on a 100x100 farm

 

I guess these offers mean it is still standing lol....
I have a fresh newly bought town. It is over water, so that is why I will sell it for 40-55k... No one else has touched it except me.
