I am offering one resident the chance to become a mayor for free. The only catch is that the town you get will be placed where I want it and complete ownership of it will be transferred over to me. I will pay you $95,000, 85k for the mayor rank and 10k for you to keep. So basically it is a free rank up with $10,000 extra as a bonus. If any residents are interested, let me know.
I've been a resident for about three years now, I can't see myself as any other rank, and I'm probably just going to stay a resident for good.
Well he his paying 95k so, mayor would cost 85k so you would have 10k to rank up to resident but, you would need the other 5k.
Sounds great, I'm just waiting on a response from someone else about placing my town within 15 blocks of theirs. I will let you know as soon as I hear back from them.
