    Hello all ECC users! So at the moment, my new town, Buksfarms, planned to be a 200x200 farm town, much like the towns of Skyfarms and Atlanta. I will be selling perms for $7.5k. But here's where I need investors. We are currently in need of funds to finish placing the dirt layer for this town, then to build the farms. So, I will currently be selling 108 shares of the company (There are currently 200 total, 92 of which belong to me). 1 share will cost $500, and pays 20% of revenue ($1.5k per perm sold/99 $15 per perm sold). But don't worry, once the farm is completed the perms will sell so much, I can guarantee you can get the money back within 3 weeks of perms being sold. We currently have a portal application in (Great for users who do not have multihome), a heal sign/PvP arena application in for swords, and I am the original owner of this town. There is no chance of anyone ever taking this town for me, as I will be the only owner added, ever.

    TL;DR
    I am selling 108 shares at $500 each to a soon to be 200x200 farm with a portal and an acro/swords trainer.

    Basically, for every single perm he sells, you will receive $15 dollars. With 10 shares, that is $150 per perm which means he would need to sell 34 perms for you get your money back and begin earning a profit. The more stocks you buy, the more revenue you will receive when a perm is purchased.

    So each time you sell perms each shareholder earns 15 bucks?
    Also, if I don't want my shares can I sell them back to you or to another player?

    Really, I just need some more details. If you can stuff me full of details I'll throw my money on you.

    Yes, you earn 15 bucks per each perm sold, and yes, I would allow user to user sale of shares and on some occasions I may buy then back
