Hello everyone! I'm interested in starting a business. However, I'm not sure what kind. I've already considered construction, real-estate, town development, mining, food sales, or some kind of material sales. (ie wood or stone.) Which, if any, would be the best? What other ideas do you have? Would anyone want to partner with me? Thank you for your feedback!

I'd say construction would be the most profitable, however, that would require a large buyer market, a lot of free time, and of course an awful lot of talent. That said I would suggest going along with Tanstaafl as he's been pretty successful at doing what he does.
if you really want to make some profit, try saving about 40k and buy a prebuilt farm, and sell perms to it, hope that halps.
I have been trying to figure this out as well, I have been think making pre-builds Farms,towns ect, I dont have much skill when it comes to building. I am a newb but slowly rising, pm me if you want to get somthing going, I would love to help!
I would suggest farming if you have a big enough farm or mining! Or you could try fishing! maybe! What have you/are you deciding on doing?
