    Hey TaylorBros22 here,

    I've just started up my town and I'm still clearing it atm. I have sbout 58k in the /bal. I was wondering what to do in my new town, should I set up a farm or a shop? I really dont know what to do with it! Obviously selling plots but I want something else. Please comment below with any ideas for me! Thanks :)

    You'll make more money selling perms for a farm than trying to uphold a single shop

    Why?
    A: You can farm it yourself
    B:You can temporarily rent it for $$
    C:You can let people farm in it for free if they sell to your sign that you buy pumpkins for less than server for.

    You can make a decent town with a farm and shops. You could maybe rent out shops to others?
