General Purpose of Contract:
Hiring of staff for the ECC EcoMall

I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:
1. Upon acceptance of this contract, I will add @BuildsByGideon as a co-owner to the town "ecomall" in order for them to conduct business within 2 days.
2. Anytime a new renter is added, @Torzon will create a rent collection sign (at 50% of the users rental rate) in the "staff room" within 1 week of recieving the PM (no rent will be collected for 1 week).
a. In the case of a 30x30 rental, @Torzon will also create a temporary "Deposit collection sign" to collect the $2500 deposit within 2 days of recieving the PM.
3. @Torzon will respond within 2 days to any PMs from @BuildsByGideon requiring his assistance or decision on a structural change.
4. @Torzon reserves the right to fire any staff at any time for failure to comply with this agreement.
5. @Torzon will give 2 weeks notice to all staff and renters if he should ever decide to sell ecomall, allowing staff to have the first chance at buying ecomall.
6. @Torzon will work with @BuildsByGideon to replace all signs and LWCs placed in EcoMall by @BuildsByGideon in the event that @BuildsByGideon quits or is fired.


The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:
@BuildsByGideon will perform the following actions:
1. Never remove @Torzon or @Joshuwat as an owner of the town of ecomall.
2. Never attempt to sell the town of ecomall.
3. Never make any changes to the structure of ecomall without discussing with @Torzon. @Torzon has final say in all structural discussions.
4. @BuildsByGideon Will ensure a potential renter has filled out the application here: http://tinyurl.com/ECCEcoMall
5. @BuildsByGideon will approve or deny the application. If approved, @BuildsByGideon will take the following actions:
a. Add the renter to the ecomall region using /rg am ecomall @rentername.
b. Add a sign to the rental space indicating when the First or next rent is due per the agreements at http://tinyurl.com/ECCEcoMall.
i. This includes 1 week free rental, and 1 week free to setup shop.
ii. This includes giving resident ranks 2 months of discounted rent on kiosks.
c. Add a rent sign in the "staff" room that states "@Username next rent due on <date>" then add their name to the sign to identify they are the one handling that renters rent.
d. PM @Torzon on the forums that a renter has been added so that @Torzon can place a rent collection sign in the "staff room" so that @BuildsByGideon can deposit rent when it is due.
i. If a 30x30 is rented, @BuildsByGideon will also place $2500 in a "deposit" collection sign created by @Torzon.
6. @BuildsByGideon agrees to collect the rent from their renters, and deposit half that rent into the staff room sign by Tuesday of each week.
7. @BuildsByGideon has the right to evict any renter from Ecomall, even if that user is not one for which they collect rent. There must be a valid reason.
8. @BuildsByGideon will loose co-owner access to Ecomall for any breach of this agreement, and will clear all LWCs immediately if "fired".


I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.: I agree.
