hi guys, just a quick question regarding building plots in towns, is it possible for someone to set up a building firm, i mean by going around different towns and either buying plots or the mayor giving the plots to you to then build a house on to sell on for a profit? im looking at doing this as i would say im an enxperienced builder and want to offer my services to people who dont want to build their own house and would rather buy one. also i would be interested in building a varied amount of houses in certain towns for a fee to the mayor so they can sell the houses on themselves to new members to their town. surely this is okay if we agree with the mayor of the town? You can do this sort of thing when you become resident. Where you can get ownership of a town and sell plots / builds within that town.
You could also work for the mayor of the town, building homes, and you can get a share of the money. It all depends on the mayor's opinion tho
thanks for the reply mate, is it possible to do this as just a builder for other mayors to start with until i can afford resident? or do you have to be a resident first? ive only just joined so dont wanna break any rules etc
You can only get the commands to add users to towns as a resident. You can, of coarse, Build houses for the mayor of towns, and they can pay you for it. You can make a thread in our Job Offers forum section and you can add screenshots of previous builds
