As some users may know my town NinjaLand is now classified as a builder only town, only Builders may buy a plot, except from Phoenixproject15 and vengfulbacon whom are an exception. Tell me what do you think of builder only towns, I rather like them, making money is not really an issue and pricing is very lenient, just before I sold a 10x10 plot for $450.
I think you should expand it a lot to get the max amount of plots you can get out of it. Make underground plots and sky plots... it's a great idea to get builders going.

Of course, as a mayor, that is the risk you take. I'm sure sneaky has a plan to counter it as best as possible. I'm also sure he thought about that before making it a builder only town. Are you going to move there MHXL?
No. I am happily living in the wonderful town of New York, owned by quefueve, where I farm melons.... a lot!
The only problem I could see with this is that it is fairly easy to rank up and what happens when they rank up? Do you jut kick them out. I don't know if you could god a solution to this unthinkable this is a great idea to get builders started on the server.
