Hey, Ermtheminer! I have a building company too, so I wondered if you want to join forces with me. We can make it so that for every build, the person who makes the build gets 75% of the money and other member get 25%. As a team, each will get 50% of the payment ( with one working on exterior and the other on interior and lanscaping) . Tell me what you think, thanks.
