Builder Program Details:Hi, I hope your doing well today. This program xhigh420x and I are hosting is for builders only. Since many builders do not have the funds for a farm permission. We have decided to cut builders a deal. If you would like to farm in a 100x100x4 cocoa farm which makes $8,000/hr and heres comes the deal. No upfront costs. It also takes about 2 axes a harvest, for builders only we will provide the first 4 diamond axes for free. We give you 1 hour to pay the 4k daily pass off which is about 30 minutes work and the rest of the day you keep all profitability for yourself. This is a one-time per builder only, so you may be in this program only once, so what I would recommend is save up that days work to buy supplies and more passes. But dont mind the 4k upfront as I mentioned earlier it will need to be paid at the end of 1 hour, again for builders only.Also we run the program at a first come first serve basis. But we are renting the first 4 level rows we have made so far. Each level is a day pass which is 24 hours and the price for a day pass is 4k which with our harvesting and replanting experiment on this farm figured out that it takes only 30 minutes to make up the day pass and the rest of the day is profitably yours. We also have a shop with supplies to farm cocoa at your hand when you come to AeonRopes Cocoa Farm. We have 4 level rows that we marked and cannot be removed the 1st level is redstone marked, 2nd is quartz marked, 3rd is coal marked and 4th is obsidian marked. Farm Rules No Griefing You MUST Replant You Must Stay In Your Designated Level Applications Avaiable Day Pass - $4k Weekly Pass - N/A Yet Monthly Pass - N/A Yet Statistics You Make ~$8,000/hr based on our experimentation at AeonRopes Farm It costs 2 regular Diamond Axes to completely harvest 1 time (available at shop) You make on average 4k per harvest Each harvest takes on average 30 minutes By the time you finish harvesting, the plants will be able to be harvest again NO Wait time between harvests (if you replant before moving on to next wall) In applying for a day pass here its first come first serve and we only have 2 day passes to give out for now.
