Hi i encountered a bug yesterday. while i was in a town (my friends town) i didnt hae a perm for that town. i tried to break cocoa with my iron axe, but after the "health" went down really low on the axe, i threw it on the floor, then it somehow turned to a max fort pic. i already had a max fort pic, so i had 2 now. then after using it for 1min to check if it was real, it turned back to my iron axe. idk what and how it happened. plz help
you didn't actually break the tool, as you cannot break blocks you do not have permission to, it resets the damage. You just needed to break a block with the axe for it to update again.

Black, it was most likely one of those client side issues where an item appears in your inventory, but it actually isn't. That is why it reverted back to what it actually was, and it was never really a pick
