@TM_iBeast Hey I had this problem myself a little while back, placing it and picking it back up seemed to fix it. Also had this problem with my /skull and this solution worked too. If this does not resolve the issue, I believe these were my keys you won in auction so I'd be happy to refund it OR I think I have the head I would be able to give you. I've found the issue. The head you received is correct, its just missing the lore I want them to have to prove they are from the crate. This should be fixed after our next maintenance session.
This should now be fixed. It won't fix your current head, but it shouldn't occur again on that head prize drop.
