It appears when a banned user joins the server, it resets their /seen offline time. For example I banned my alt Herefor5k, after banning them I wait and do /seen, as you can see by the screenshots below, their offline seen time is 17 seconds. I then try and reconnect to the server on Herefor5k but cannot join due to being banned, then on my main account I run /seen again and their offline time has been reset to 2 seconds Banning my alt then doing /seen Alt trying to connect, then doing /seen
