[Bug] Town Warp Cost

Brief Description:
Town warps are said to cost $75,000 in the application but are only $50,000 in reality.
Instructions:
1. Go to the Applications (Mayors+) section.
2. Click the link to apply for a warp.
3. Look under the textbox for "Do you have the applicable cost in your balance:".
How many times did you recreate this bug?:
Once.
Result:
Cost is $75,000
Expected Result:
Should be $50,000

Also on an unrelated note, the form broke my AD styler temporarily. It's related to another issue which I already had reported as a bug.
