How many times did you recreate this bug?: 2 different locations. Result: Couldn't flip the switch. This is because LWC locks are redstone-proof by default. You need to issue the command "/lwc flag redstone on" and then punch the lever for them to work. As far as I'm aware it's the same for all lockable redstone mechanisms (buttons, doors, levers, pressure plates, etc).
