The way the tags work is that ecodollar, tag, and mcmmo level donations don't count towards the [$] tags. Radthorne (who is Kuke's bot) has donated for $10k ECD, which wouldn't get a tag. and Radthorne talking is just kuke anyway... don't believe any of it.
radthorne didn't purchase any package, stuff like buying ecodollars don't count as a package, so they don't count towards donation medals.
