Minecraft Username: blowtube123 Instructions: Have [Eff 5 Unb 3 Silk] shears in your hand and break them. Then click the inventory box where your broke them. They should re-appear with 0 durability. This may only work with ExtCommands+. How many times did you recreate this bug?: This is the second time this has happened. Result: You get your shears back which you can then repair. Expected Result: You break the shears for good. Additional Information: This may actually work with other tools, I have yet to try because I do not want to break my own tools for them not to come back. I thought this could become a serious issue if users whom don't have ExtCommands+ can duplicate this Bug. Evidence: (I repaired the shears.)
This is like other enchanted tool breakage reports. Per kuke: "Next time you break your tool I want you to type /itemdb before doing anything, if it says you have the tool in your hand, then relog. If it doesn't, try to <insert what made them come back> and tell me if the tool comes back. " No one has dared to attempt to recreate it after he asks them to.
This has happened to me before. I have a macro durability display, and when the item has unbreaking on it , it goes down, and then the durability regenerates, I guess in a delay because of the server. I broke a pumpkin axe, and a couple seconds later it appeared back in my inventory because of the unbreaking glitch.
